How to Request a Replacement:
Return the Defective Product
Email Us: Send an email to shop@officialbrand.store within 7 days of receiving the product. The defective item will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Tampered or Open Packages
If your package appears to be open or tampered with, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately at shop@officialbrand.store, and we will address the issue promptly.
Return Conditions
Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories, such as the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other items that were included with the product at the time of delivery. The product must have a valid, readable, and unaltered serial number. Products with missing, damaged, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers will not be eligible for return.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to the account or card used for the original payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you cancel before the shipment, the entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once it has been dispatched or delivered.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, you may return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
