How to Return a Defective Item
To initiate a return for a defective item, please email us at shop@officialbrand.store from your registered EA email address within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the defective product to be collected and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Tampered or Open Packages
If your package appears to be open or tampered with, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately at shop@officialbrand.store, and we will address the issue promptly.
Return Conditions
Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories, such as the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other items that were included with the product at the time of delivery.
Return Requirements
The product must have a valid, readable, and unaltered serial number. Products with missing, damaged, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers will not be eligible for return.
